I never pre save cards
Lot of impulsive shoppers out there 😂
3:32 Green Day Dookie vinyl, totally worth splurging for those 1994 vibes
This channel offers much to its ( no apostrophe )viewers .
10, 000 divided by 12 = 834. Put away 834 dollars each month and you have it!!!!! All this babbling and waving in front of a camera and it is really this simple!
I like the way you film your own B-roll footage.
For that last one: Overdraft protection line of credit! It's like a second parachute for when your main chute doesn't open, or for when you didn't budget quite right. If you make a purchase that would overdraft you, it sends you a little extra money to cover it. You just have to remember to pay it back quickly.
Thanks!
I have a high yield savings acct that I send $160 per month. After the monthly interest kicks in, I play a silly game with myself to make the balance an even number so I'll send an extra $114.58, for example, to make it an even number. I do this like every other month or so. I know. I know. It's when my ocd takes over, but hey, it's money I'm saving for a new (used) car in the next 2 years 👍🏼
obviously saving money by not going to a decent hairdresser or buying make up
❤
As a fellow Canadian who's turning 34 next month and about to become a net worth millionaire I have to say your videos are great! Really speaks to me and our generation
Guess what doesn’t work for adhd people, setting non-immediate goals
I just looked at my expenses via my bank account statement by downloading each month. I was not surprised but a bit concerned when I saw how much I spend on eating out. There are some bills that I can not control like mortgage, insurance ,property taxes, gas/electric and water bills but the food I can. I'm retired and have not expensive hobbies that require I pay for each month except for my $70 a month gym membership. I consider this an investment in my heath. So for the eating out once my wife passed away it didn't make sense to cook for just me alone so I eat out alot. My son lives with me and we used to alternate on who should pay for the restaurant bill. Because he was laid off recently I pay for us both. What we do to keep the cost down is we don't order drinks just water, no appetizers and no desert. What I have noticed is the raising cost when eating out. We used to pay about $25-$35 for both of us now it more like $35-50. Sometime we have left overs and take it home for another day. My monthly cost of eating out is about $1,000-1,200 each month. I consider this entertainment too. I figure if I buy groceries and cook I will still have a cost of about $500-600 a month for the food. So basically what I'm saying I don't want to give up everything that I enjoy.
I have a couple expensive items that I want to buy this year so I am putting money away for those items instead paying payments !
I will eat out once a month just as a treat to myself !
Love listening to your down to earth sense, yeah you’re eyebrows are more attractive 😊
Having a side hustle is always key@
You poor thing. You're a real girl & a real man would kill for a girl like you. You wouldn't have to worry about a simple little stupid thing like getting rid of an old damn couch
Another tip for Amazon shopping: I never buy anything on the spur of the moment, even if it looks really great. Instead, I stick it in my "wish list" for later. That way, I delay the purchase to think about it and be sure it's what I really want. Oftentimes, upon reflection, it is not. Sometimes several months go by without thinking anymore about the item I put on my wish list. About every 4-6 months, I go to my wish list and cull it mercilessly.
Did you split from your partner or something leaving you in a void?
It's good and rewarding to be content with life, you know. Don't fight life. 🎅🦶

Make a concerted effort not to use your overdraft facility, even if it means walking to work or living on baked beans for that final week! When thrifting its important to recognise that despite every best effort things can and do go wrong and if you need an emergency loan, your credit history will better…
I like your realistic and pragmatic approach. Far too often I see "CLICK BATE" on how to be an extreme cheap scape or frugal person, but what if you just want to be practical… In comes you. I like your approach.
I just last year started actually saving smalls amounts in different accounts. Because I made the stupid mistake of borrowing money from my child’s college fund account, and I haven’t been able to pay it back yet. So, now I save over $100 amounts in CDs, IRA, savings bonds and mutual funds. As well as still saving for her college fund.
here is a trick my granddad thought me take your credit card put on a plastic bag or dish and then freeze it so every time you want to use it you have to thaw it out
I use the 48-hour rule for all the purchases I make online. It's very simple. You see an item you want to buy and you wait at least 48 hours before making the purchase. I'd say that 90% of the time I really think about whether I need the item or not. This period of reflection is very important for balancing a budget
I have a second account for savings, and I opened for every child a separate account at birth and a fixed amount of money is going into them every month so they have a softer start into their own lives once they decide to move out of our home 😊 like your videos! Greetings from Germany 👋
