For a few cars, an LLC is NOT NEEDED! You get a dba Name registered with your State a State tax exemption number, a IRS business number, and a Bank account with Your businesses name. You file taxes using schedule C and list all business related income and expenses. I had 3 other companies I ran like that for over 10yrs.

Having a very difficult time finding one of those Ozone air purifiers on Amazon that will ship to California. The one you show is no longer listed. Any other suggestions? Thank you for making a very practical and useful video. I got a lot out of it.
You mentioned that if you have someone coming to pick up the vehicle in a couple hours to run a ozone generator to get the smoke smell out… make sure the vehicle gets aired out well for at least a hour before having someone enter the vehicle. The fumes are toxic.
Do you have to be signed up for Turo go in order to use the lock box? Like can you just do a regular rental and then tell the customer you dropped the car off at location key is in the box?

Quick question: on your civics do you have a remote device to unlock and lock the car or you use the window lock plus the signal blocker pouch? I just bought a 2024 civic sport, but the oem app(Hondalink) doesn’t allow me to do remote unlock/lock. Maybe need a higher trim level.
I am about to buy a hybrid car (Kia Niro) 2020. with 71k mikes. I will be making a payment for this car for the next 60 month. The monthly payment is about $450. I am thinking to list the car in Turo. Do you think it is gonna be a good investment? I would appreciate any help, or tips. Thanks
