Companies that don't change may become outdated, just like those that vanish when they don't innovate or grow. If businesses don't use AI to really improve how they work (instead of just using it to look good) and don't plan for the future while acting fast, they might miss chances and fall behind. Not being able to let go of old habits and rebuild for what's ahead can really hurt them.
