Originally the movement was about black men going overseas to meet the women they were already talking to or met while visiting with the sole purpose of seeking marriage and family. Then the pookies and ray rays started calling themselves passport bros as they were only going overseas for sex. There is still an issue with dating with black men and women here but the problem seems to be getting better the more we delineate.
