Bank savings pay so low of an interest rate that you might as well put the moolah in a checking account. That way you always have full access to your dough.

I wouldn't worry about BlackRock too much; you can be sure they will be considered "too big to fail" and get however much government bailout money the ask for.
I pocket around $120k a year and hand is tax free. Two cars no payment. House with $1700 mortgage plus the extras that come with that. I’m still unable to save anything with out essentially eating extremely plain which obviously doesn’t work for having g a young child and a wife.
There’s literally no hope for keeping this going unless a nuclear bomb hots. I’m just begging for the entire electrical grid to collapse so everyone is once again on level ground. Excellent information. I recently did just this. Glad to see it's a sound plan. I actually open up a treasury direct account but the whole auction thing is confusing so I went with SGOV, good to know it's basically the same thing without all the hassle.
