This is great information I heard "Building wealth is like climbing a mountain; investing is the steady ascent, retirement is the summit." And ut stock with me
No matter how I try to calculate it your compound interest example is not correct. The right answer is 2762.82. Please explain how did you receive such a high number?
A. Stocks which are basically representation of ownership of a company. Investors are benefitted by either dividends that the company payout 4 times a year and capital gain which is when the stock is sold and investors makes sone extra money over original investment.
B. bonds – loaning money in return for a guarantee payment in a later date.
2. Financial institutions- institutions that move money of savers to borrowers. Banks, MF, hedge funds and pension funds.
3.MF – pooling money from savers and investing in a variety of stocks and bonds
4. Hedge funds- funds used by pvt financial organisations to make more money using risky strategies. Commonly big shots invest in such funds as they have better knowledge.
It’s better to diversify and invest early as time is a valuable asset.
