To everyone complaining about paper use with packing. Do any of you work in distribution centers, shipping actual product to customers? No? Well I do. Not only that, I've had to ship acrylic and plastic items for orders. That type of material is our biggest damage type because it just doesn't hold up well when going through our conveyors, then off to our trucks, then onto other DCs and shipping carriers.
That business owner is packing those cups and straws like a dadgum pro. Not only that the way she's packing is not only showing customers that she cares, but it's also fully recyclable, and she's saving herself money because she's just drastically reduced the odds that her customers will receive damaged items.
I'll be happy to take any other questions but let's not make assumptions about things we don't know about. I handle this stuff for a living.
