In mt country there is this kinda viral forum post from a long while back, where a user asks "where should I put my money to?" And another one answers "if you were to buy half liter water bottles you would still make money"
In my opinion the only real, long term, Investments there are, are Private Property, Metals, and high grade jewelery.
Even Rolexes might lose all of their value when the company does some shady shit. Same goes for Cars, Lego Sets, Pokemon cards, Handbags, Shoes, Crypto, Hardware, Electronics. Even highly sought after collectibles.
I have some comics, i bought on garage sales that i personally like. They´ll never be worth more than double the amount i paid, and even if, that´s purely luck and the next week it might not be worth anything. Still, i can open them and read what´s inside. It´s one, singular box under my bed.
And this is a huge Pet peeve of mine. If you collect old bikes, old cars anything with an engine and it just sits there collecting dust, you are despicable. Either use it, or sell it to someone who might use it. If it´s an 100 year old army jeep, it might still work. If it´s a below 100 miles 90s sports car, for god´s sake, use it. Or else your kids are gonna sell it to someone just like you when you kick the bucket.
Anything that still has an engine inside of it, is supposed to work. If you, for some reason, store a 80 year old Chassis of a car, sure why not. The same kids will bring it to the junkyard in 50 years.
"If you want to invest, put your money into investing. If you want to buy a luxury item, treat yourself; don't do both poorly" – wisdom right there.
i remember in the pandemic there were rumors of a short squeeze on silver and people were trying to get the silver market to rally.. i bought just a few oz's of silver before getting drawn back to speculative bs and crypto… i sure wish i wouldve gone full silver bull, now that silver went from like $28 an oz when i bought my few pieces of silver, to like $110 an oz now.
Luxury watches are not an investment – They're strictly personal, emotional purchases for watch nerds (like me) who don't even try to justify the purchase beyond that. Nobody needs a watch. Thanks to European import tariffs though, I've been saying no to those new toys lately. It's as dumb a hobby as Pokiman cards:).
'Till everyone's stupid, everyone's smart, so stop noticing and do the stupid so market can thrive
4:08 Rolex is not limited production, Rolex mass produces millions of watches every year. The wait list is contrived, and there is no scarcity. Whomever gets blessed with "the call" from an authorized Rolex dealership to come down to the store and buy a watch has little to do with supply and demand, and more to do with relationships/purchase history/social stature of the prospective buyer. It's the same playbook Ferrari uses, except with Ferrari, there really is scarcity, and Ferrari is far more selective of their buyers.
Note before anyone @s me, I know this because I'm a Rolex customer who gets "the call", and I've lived on both sides of the allocation fence, and have heard this explained to me, explicitly, from Rolex authorized dealers.
Does the word Tulip ring a bell? 🛎️
Gucci Gucci, Louis Louis, Fendi Fendi, Prada

Stocks are a risky investment, wtf does that make a watch 😂
$? is dumb, use your face
They’re cosplaying poorness because they know there is an upheaval coming and they want to hide from the consequences of their actions.
With the market evolving, volatility and fluctuations. Personally i'm leaning towards a mix of index funds and high interest savings for stability while putting a slice into AI and green tech stocks for growth.
All of this is so goddamn stupid
This whole video just explains the middle class mindset.
"For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved." – John3:17. Jesus of Nazareth died for the remission of sin, including yours, was buried and rose from the dead on the third day. Whoever believes on him has everlasting life in heaven. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." -John 3:16.
This video truly stirred something in my spirit-retirement has been such a rewarding and God-ordained season for us. Through years of hard work, wise stewardship, and most importantly, God's unfailing grace, my wife and I now live debt-free with a net worth of over $2 million. The Lord has blessed the work of our hands, and our investment income now provides for us week by week. We're enjoying the simple joys of life-traveling, golfing, and spending meaningful time with our grandchildren. If you're praying and planning for retirement, remember: With faith, wisdom, and trust in God's timing, it is absolutely possible
Funny FYI but bitcoin is up about 30% since this was made
I love the content in all your videos but I can only watch 2 or 3 per day because the way you talk is so irritating for some reason
Kylie Jenner is insufferably insincere.
Good thing my counter strike skins have doubled in value
If it doesnt produce goods buying it is not an investment. Its as a simple as that.
