10:21-One thing you really need to factor in is how much you will use the car because that is KEY. If its something you will put a lot of daily mileage into the cars maintenance and fuel costs will be FAR more than otherwise. That will also need to be a factor when choosing a car as gas mileage can vary a lot even with modern cars.
Simple tips but super effective โ definitely adding these to my routine!
Asian guy talking about money. Iโm in without questions.
Ummmm $350k should be my number but Iโm at negative $130k. Shout out to student loans.
I make very delicious matcha tea lattes now. $8 per latte?? Iโm saving money and living large lol
Some nice ideas! You should add the cost of the coffee beans/grinder/milk/sugar, maintenance and what have you to the cost per use.
Everyoneโs always pushing the same books: Think big, hustle hard, invest smart. But How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson? No one dares touch it publicly- and I get why. It doesnโt sell you a dream. It exposes the machine. It made me realize that 95% of people are on the treadmill because they trust the rules. The elite donโt trust the rules. They write exemptions.
I always felt like something was off- like the ultra-wealthy were playing by rules no one was willing to write down. Then I read How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson and suddenly all the scattered pieces came together. You start to see why certain families stay rich for generations while others justโฆ disappear. Itโs not magic. Itโs mechanics. Quiet. Boring. Devastatingly effective.
I was in a group call with people way above my level- not influencers, not loud, just low-key millionaires. Someone casually dropped the title How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson, and everyone nodded like theyโd all already read it. Nobody explained. Nobody elaborated. The conversation just moved on. Thatโs how I knew I had to find it. And when I didโฆ I understood why they didnโt say more.
I always sensed something was off- the way wealth moved, the way taxes seemed to only matter to some people. But I couldnโt explain it. Then I found How the Elite Print Their Wealth by Dominic Richard Thompson. It put language to the pattern. It gave me a lens. Iโm not just thinking differently now- Iโm operating from a level I didnโt know existed.
Spending 1800 on coffee is wild but itโs understandable
Drug is a drug lol
Pineapple is not on pizza. That is not pizza. Americans๐

Heโs forgetting the cost of quality coffee beans and the cleaning maintenance cost. I wish there was a specific video taking every single cost into account.
I'm at less than 10% of my expecting net worth ๐ญ
That net with triangle is just ridiculous gaslighting rubbish. We're all on our journey.
Every video of yours, I try to subscribe because each video I've seen is so invaluable. But then I find I'm already a subscriber. I wish I could subscribe a million times. You explain things so well that I think I'm going to start sending your videos to a friend who has absolutely no personal finace education. Maybe your videos will convince him how much his life would improve with a bit of literacy.
Pineapple pizza rule is interesting I like to quit my purchases to the amount of time it takes me to earn it I love my own time so it helps motivate me not to spend when I don't
Great knowledge as always, love the content. Any tips on how to edit videos just like these? Thanks!
For me I tell myself you could be eating a meal out at home or a meal out abroad . Just eat at home and save the eating out money for later ๐
I also measure purchases in flights. โ no thatโs half a flight โ
Smart and doable advice.
When you calculate your triangle and realize you may never get to even the upper bottom step ๐ข

How to save money, live in a tent for 6 months, you'll be surprised how much you can save when you're not spending 2k a month on rent.
Up until 2008, everything was compared to a $1 double cheeseburger from McDonald's. The economy was never better lol
