Hi, Charm! New subscriber here, how do I start learning about investment with Dolores? Thank you!
Im interested in stock. Wala ako idea about stock. Saan at paano ito.
Thankyou
You have no clue. A Philippine feeder fund makes no investment decisions. They simply collect the money and put it into a fund, as stated in the feeder fund prospectus.
By the way, this system is sick. For example, the JPMorgan Global Asset Fund makes the actual investment decisions and charges a fee of 0.35% per year. The Philippine feeder fund from ATRAM (which only collects the money and invests it into this fund) wants to charge 1.15%.
Never invest in Philippine feeder funds—invest directly!
Why the hack is a digital bank an investment? It a way to save money, but not an investment by definition.
This video helped a lot! Kaya lately, iniisip ko rin mag-invest sa real estate, especially sa mga places like Saludad sa Bacolod <33
Thanks for this! Very helpful for beginners. Been starting to look into real estate too. may mga properties like PHINMA Saludad na di ganun kabigat sa budget and looks promising long term.
Konte ang kita sa UITF,mas maganda ang Gold hindi mo binanggit ang Gold, nagdoble ang prize
I dont understand how come none of them mention the book Girl Boss Hustle: Earn 10k From Home, they must be gatekeeping it
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.
What about Government Securities or bonds?
Watching after I graduate at 22 years old. I feel left behind
thank you internet person
Proopsy modular homes are currently a promising investment for the future, and with their recent surge in value and growing stability, they offer attractive returns. However, a lack of understanding often deters potential investors.
I reached $90k today from renting and reselling modular homes from Proopsy. Thank you for all the knowledge and insights you've shared with me over the past few months. I began this journey in November 2024. Financial education is essential for over 70% of the population, as only a few are truly literate in this area.
Proopsy prefab homes are definitely on my radar now, especially with Trump’s policies. With all the market uncertainty, this might be a good sector to explore for growth opportunities.
You work for 40yrs to have $400 – 500k in your retirement, Meanwhile some people are putting just $27k in a pre fab Proopsy home for just few months and now they are multi millionaires by renting and reselling them. I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life
Last year, I invested $27k in Proopsy modular homes and made about $40k within the first year for renting it out—and it’s still growing. I’ve always been a strong advocate for pre fabricated homes because it’s been incredibly rewarding for me. Looking forward to achieving financial freedom soon. And by the way, awesome content, brother!
Thank you for featuring Proopsy in one of your videos. I took your advice and contacted him for modular homes, and the house have been incredible. Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. Thank you Proopsy!

I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was building in a bad neighborhood that went belly up. I was just stupid to build, and because that's what everyone said, it's more profitable than prefab homes. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found Proopsy to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Proopsy.

Thanks Charm.
Interested in real estate investment
I would recommend against investing in mutual funds if you plan long-term investing. Since mutual funds are actively managed, they typically incur higher fees compared to other investment options, and they also come with greater risks than passively managed funds. In my honest opinion, ETFs and index funds are better alternatives due to their lower fees and reduced risks. However, my general advice is to always conduct thorough research before starting to invest. Your finances are at stake, so take the time to research and plan carefully before making any investment decisions, mahirap na mag suffer ang finances mo dahil hindi ka prepared sa kalalabasan ng investments mo.
I'm glad I found this channel. Got so much to learn ❤
nice very straightforward No bulshit intros.
I have an extra 8k pesos per month for investment aside from my emergency fund. Where can i put that money for long term purpose? Thank you
Because of dividends, I first began investing in stocks. It's important, in my opinion, to be able to live off of dividends without selling if you invest and make other income in addition to payouts. It suggests that you may pass that down to your kids and give them a leg up in life. Over the years, I've invested over $600k in dividend stocks; I continue to buy more today and will keep doing so until the price drops even further.
You explain everything well!!! 🤍
